Return Policy
- Change of Mind:
Change of mind is not applicable for any item purchased from Gadgets Club. - Warranty (Imported / Replica Products):
Products that are imported or replicas come with a 24-hour checking warranty only. After 24 hours, no claims will be accepted. - Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Product:
If you receive a product that is:- Damaged or broken
- Faulty
- Expired
- Not as described
Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- You may also choose to exchange the product instead of a refund.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the faulty item back to our customer care center with complete packaging and accessories.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect and process your request within 3–5 business days.
- The refund will include the original product price only (excluding delivery charges).
- After processing, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank).
- Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
- You may return the product via any reliable courier service.
Return Conditions
- Product must be returned with original packaging and contents intact.
- Items should be in like-new condition. Products that are damaged, scratched, dented, or unsanitary may not be accepted.
- All accessories and packaging must be included, otherwise the return may be rejected.
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required. Without it, the refund may be denied or limited.
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable if the product has no defect or issue.
